4. Quotations and orders
4.1 Quotations
Quotations are provided free of charge following a survey or consultation, unless otherwise stated. A quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless a different period is specified in writing.
Quotations are based on the information available at the time of survey. If site conditions, measurements, or customer requirements change, we reserve the right to revise the quotation before an order is confirmed.
4.2 Placing an order
An order becomes binding only when:
- You accept our written quotation in writing (including email), and

- We have confirmed acceptance of your order in writing
Until these conditions are met, no contract exists between you and us.
4.3 Surveys and measurements
All products are made to measure. You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and reasonable access to carry out surveys and installations. If access is restricted, unsafe, or materially different from what was agreed at survey, we may need to reschedule work or revise the quotation.
5. Pricing and payment
5.1 Pricing
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We aim to provide transparent, competitive pricing with no hidden extras.
5.2 Deposits
We may require a deposit to secure your order and commence manufacture. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be set out in your quotation or order confirmation.
5.3 Balance payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance of payment is due upon completion of installation, or in accordance with the payment schedule in your order confirmation.
5.4 Late payment
If payment is not received when due, we may suspend further work, withhold delivery, or charge interest on overdue amounts in accordance with applicable law.
